Hearth Kit

It was a quiet Sunday afternoon and Robert was happy, in fact suggested, to help me set up the new hearth insert into our oven.  It's always fun to have something new and some new things to look forward to baking.
It was the easiest thing to set up...less than a minute.  The rack comes out until needed because normally I'll be baking right on the stone base.

My 'plans' for now is to bake some epi tomorrow.  Pictures later.  Hank assures me that a friend of his swears by his insert so now I am on a hunt for recipes.  If you have any you think I need, please send them on.  Happy 479th to us!
